STRIDE & FORM started in a one-room workshop with a single belief: a sneaker should be engineered like equipment, not styled like merchandise. Every pair we release is numbered, tested on real pavement, and produced in deliberately small runs. No seasonal churn. No filler colorways. One silhouette at a time, refined until it earns its drop number.

Each drop is cut, lasted and inspected in-house before a single box leaves the floor.
01 / Materials
Full-grain or nothing.
We use full-grain leather, ballistic mesh and natural rubber cupsoles sourced from two tanneries and one mill we've worked with since the beginning. If a material can't survive a year of daily wear, it doesn't make the pattern.
02 / Fit
Lasted by hand.
Every silhouette is built on a last we shaped and re-shaped across dozens of prototypes. The result is a fit that holds the heel, frees the toe, and breaks in — never down.
03 / Runs
Small, numbered, final.
Each pair carries its drop number and edition stamp in the sockliner. When a run sells through, it's gone. We'd rather make less and stand behind all of it.
Process
From sketch
to street.
A drop takes nine to fourteen months. Pattern drafting, wear-testing across three cities, sole compound tuning, then production. Our testers log every kilometre — if the pair doesn't hold up, the drop number waits.
